JPMorgan Chase CEO says Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme that has no intrinsic value, added that it is “useless as a pet rock”. As usual, Jamie Dimon says one thing, but his bank does another. JPMorgan has been involved in Bitcoin and crypto for many years. 🤭On top of that, JPMorgan holds 387 shares in BlackRock's spot BTC ETF and 775 shares in Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust.

On January 11, 2009, Finney became the first person after Satoshi Nakamoto to run a Bitcoin node on his computer, kickstarting the development of the network. The very next day, he received the first-ever Bitcoin transaction, personally sent by Satoshi.

Tambiev was sentenced to 16 years in prison for accepting a bribe in cryptocurrency. The confiscated bitcoins have been transferred to state ownership. The sale of the assets will be conducted through over-the-counter (OTC) transactions to minimize their impact on the market.
