8 days without smoking! Iām feeling a bit anxious, kinda sleepy, getting light headaches, and a weird feeling like Iām missing something Instead Iām breathing smoother, my heart rate is dropped by 10-11 on average, and the best part? Everything tastes way better now haha!

Happy birthday! I quit smoking 9 years ago and I donāt regret it. Other than the socialization and how much I love the motion of smoking.

Iād love questions! Lollipops helped. I had a bag of dumdums and kept them in the car, in my bag, and in a bowl at the home.

Thanks a lot! I'm eating almonds like crazy, guess the brain needs something to replace the habit I'm still super sleepy during the day, Have you felt like that too? I donāt drink coffee either since it was too tied to smoking for me Thanks for the conversation fren 1000 $degen

I am not sleepy these days. But the brain fog was severe when I was fresh off cigs. I drink a whole glass of water right when I wake up. I put it by my bed before I go to sleep. Then I go about my day. If I need more energy I make a smoothie with ginger or eat a ginger candy. Ginger is a much nicer āenergy giverā Almonds are brain food, my dad always said. Iād also add in something sweet if you can, to give your brain a dopamine hit. The fats in almonds must be something your body is craving
