Understanding stated vs. revealed preferences is a superpower. The best apps use the revealed to trojan horse the stated. Stated: “I want decentralized social media.” Revealed: “I want to make money, so I stay on X.” Farcaster: “Cool. Here’s a decentralized platform where you can make money.”
