I’m a big fan of long form podcasts, and it does help if there’s video. Acquired, certain guests on Tim Ferriss, Joe Rogan, All In. The faster/sprint portions, I’m usually listening to music. Some longer Saturdays I catch up with a show, but my best deeper thinking moments come from ~100 minutes into a run.
