How do y’all deal with anxiety of not being able to train/run while on overseas vacation? We all know the hotel room HIITs are not happening.

I find every which way to keep my running plan intact.

I treadmill A Lot while traveling, but I’ve also used All Trails to map outdoor areas and discover local trails while traveling.

you're right but i'm going to places with extreme weather (planning a winter trip) and i'm not experienced with running in the cold (below 0 celsius), so kinda anxious about the logistics of layering/keeping warm/etc
