Fauci and other NIH officials broke the law by knowingly deleting emails, and by resisting FOIA requests by deliberately misspelling keywords, and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. Let the Supreme Court decide that a previous president can tie the hands of a future one with regard to prosecution.
