I don’t even really pay attention to any of the stats when mountain biking. Just focused on max fun! I spend all year on the road bikes as space to power and speed metrics, so it’s nice to take a break from that when on the MTB

I never really stop. Just go unstructured for about a month and do whatever I feel like doing, but needed really stop moving

If you enjoy movement, you don't need it, but it's also true that muscles need regeneration, I know you can speed it up, but I don't think it's the same! But I suppose the problem is that you spend a lot of time on sport and Mrs Chad resents it?!😁

She’s cool with it most of the time. She’s very active as well. Only problem is when I’m in peak build mode and she has a list of things for me to do🤣
