She's correct, but I think he's actually exactly the guy who should be in charge of packaging up and offsetting the all student loans, commercial mortgages, and ridiculous government propped up real estate mortgages into packaged securities that we can sling over the fence.

We actually need him to run it back turbo! 😭

Well ok this is where she's technically right but trying to make a causal point like he was behind the GFC. He *was* one of the 5 commissioners on the SEC during the Bush administration that led to it, sure.

Now to say that's all the SEC's fault is a little bit of a stretch.
