Rest day today. 13 months ago, when I just started lifting, I used to celebrate rest days. Now, I feel sad and anxious and wonder what to do with my life. I AM BECOME MEATHEAD.

Romanian deadlifts, Jefferson curls, back extension, reverse hyper(if available). Go light, go slow. Focus on form and try to get full range of motion.

I once took some Monster when I ran out of pre workout. Instinctively shook the can like I do my shaker. Sprayed monster energy all over myself, inside the car. The roof of my car still smells like Pacific Punch.
