Itโ€™s always 70% diet and 30% workout results bro. Stay focused on both I gained from 69kg to 79 in 2 months with the same intense workout routine but I had to focus on my diet

Iโ€™ve always struggled to add weight (especially because I have a mostly vegan diet), but I did manage to go from around 154 lbs (70kg) to just under 162 lbs (74 kg) in the last couple of months, while not giving up too much in speed. Iโ€™m pretty happy with that!
