PAGE 1/2 GM @jacek My idea/suggestion below: IMO a community always needs some managers to manage the down and ups so first of all we will need to create a small team of spectators and honest degens. The team must be in contact with each other. Their duty would be to see who’s work is underrated and needs to be viewed , tipped and appreciated they’re gonna quote cast it on their farcaster profiles and tip him/her, appreciate and tell him further on how he can improve that idea/frame/project etc. They needs a huge allowance so they can tip a lot of underrated ppl + quality casts and tell the other ones to support them. All they will be doing is reviewing ppl’s content and discussing it with each other in the team, after getting a quality cast they’re gonna quote cast it and the major tips are going there. The allo of the ppl who are getting blocked daily because of farming, their allocations are not just stopped but added to the team members so they can tip it to the deserving casts…

PAGE 2/2 The normal users who are having allowances can also tip to their comments on their casts and other casts but they will be under obligation to tip some percentage from their daily allo to the deserving and quality casts. I saw a lot of casts today complaining and arguing about the reset and if they kept doing it the team members gonna give them a warning + a guidance on what mistakes they’re doing and why they can’t be a deserving degen. We gonna need a spectator team too who’s gonna watch the peeps farming and they gonna block and report them. However this was my personal opinion, You’re the lead and you know the best for the community but this was all I can offer for the community and all I suggested was just for the betterment of the community /degen I hope you will like my suggestion and feel free to call me anytime for any other suggestion, work or help for the betterment of the community.
