We have entered a dark hour in America, one I've been warning about for years now, and have been building to safeguard against. To take swift action, we are moving all Quilibrium bootstrap nodes outside of US jurisdiction https://www.npr.org/2024/04/20/1246076114/senate-passes-reauthorization-surveillance-program-fisa

Hetzner has some troubled history both on the crypto and the surveillance front, and some Q node operators using Hetzner have already been banned

Although using servers for blockchain-related activities is not explicitly prohibited in their terms of service, Hetzner effectively enforces this restriction in practice.
