of course we need to fight spam somehow but clients should explore the best approach here without it being too rigid. a good example is this allowlist approach @seneca is taking with the @rounds stuff leveraging a list @mmurthy pulled together indexing many onchain actions: https://warpcast.com/mmurthy/0x90292861

If there are nouns client teams interested in this type of data, happy to help! It might save you time and let you focus on other core features.

Some notes:
- Rounds 1-4 all used the "active badge users who follow /nouns" allowlist
- Round 5 will use an allowlist generated by the good folks at Karma HQ via nounskarma.xyz (cc @mmurthy)
- Round 5 test will be "will all casts as submissions" result in => output than reply/tag submissions

- The eligible users are derived from a list of 3k addresses provided by the good folks at Nouns Karma (ty @mmurthy!). ~500 of those addresses had FIDs attached which is the list we're using.

Building Karma - onchain contributor reputation products  /karma

We index nouners, delegates, OE minters, droposal minters, gardeners, nouncil members and all prop creators. To date that is about 3k addresses. They all have a profile on NounsKarma.xyz too.
