Good for you! I noticed that I feel better when I adjust my screen time. Not to mention, the tipping system creates the pressure to engage in a way that feels unnatural. I didn't post every day on any other social, so I'm hoping to get back to something that feels more natural. I hope it's a fabulous week off for you!
