The longer I fast in the evening, the better I sleep. I used to do 3 to 4 hours of fasting, but I've recently switched to ~7 hours and the improvements in HRV and restfulness are noticeable.

Totally agree In Spain we have an Amazing lifestyle but having dinner early is almost imposible Most restaurants don’t serve dinner before 21:00

I'll never forget my trip to Seville and constantly getting hungry right at siesta. The struggle to wait it out was so real. Was vising my sibling who was studying abroad and who often comments on that time being one of the healthiest. Lots of walking and quality food.
