pics or it didn't happen

As the older leaves in my physalis get brown, I remove them. The smaller shoots will become the main branches next year. 

Lateral shoots (some people call them "suckers") are nature's way of allowing a plant to bounce back quicker in case the larger branch gets damaged.

I observe my plants daily, it's a very important part of plant care. 

This way I can notice changes and needs early, before they become a large problem. 

Today I observed how healthy it looks, the beautiful flower and delicate fuzz.

This is a great capture. It feels like a delicate and important moment as the bud blossoms to something more. 😊

It felt like the most special moment. Flowers for sure. 🧡😊

Probably one of the last flowers now the days are getting shorter... all the more special!
