The easiest way to fix the deficit is to actually charge taxes on the outrageously wealthy and over-profitable corporations.

No one NEEDS more than 100 million dollars. Tax any income that puts someone’s portfolio over that by 100%.

And tax large corporations appropriately. They should have higher progressive rates than individuals do, not less than the poorest people. 

Unelected Elon is cutting the programs that serve the people who are the most disadvantaged to “find” more than $4 trillion to PAY the most advantaged in huge tax cuts. Not only that, Trump and his cronies in Congress are going to raise taxes on the middle class and poor and get rid of things like the mortgage tax credit that help people afford the “American Dream” basically forcing us all into destitution.

They want to crush everyone and make themselves even richer and more powerful by destroying our government and the world economy out of pure greed and selfishness.

It is such a travesty. It is time to stand up against them.

Yeah, it's ridiculous that public programs are being cut to fix the deficit. These basic needs must be met one way or another. A culture of individualism has led to a lack of compassion and community. 

I agree that the richest should pay more. Why wouldn't they want to after accumulating more than anyone can spend? Why hoard resources unnecessarily that could do so much for the country/world as a whole? Says a lot about that type of individual.
