I recently attended a DeFi conference where the purpose of almost all the questions posed to the panelists (VCs, Academics) was to unpack the REAL WORLD applications of blockchain. 
To this almost all the panelists mentioned REAL ESTATE. 
Need more educated responses!

Follow @leashless on Twitter (he’s not here… yet?) and look into what his company Mattereum is doing. They can sell real estate on chain right now and have it be real-world legal.
