It is rare that family and friends coordinate living proximity. Will WFH change this?

Depends on the proximity. It’s hard to coordinate close proximity (5min walking) when people have different levels of income / stage of life. Easier to coordinate 30min - i.e. moving closer to family. I do think WFH allows more people to move close to family. But I’m skeptical on friends.

San Francisco seems more open about doing this (commune style living). Absolutely see it growing with Gen Z
