Not totally sure. Maybe because of their neuroplasticity; maybe because they have less time invested to be disrupted. I think these days we too often project our own frailties on them, and it’s robbing them of agency and thus, reasons for self-worth.

I agree. I’d add that they are taking things less seriously & they tend to do whatever they really want. Whenever you’re overthinking what other ppl will think about your actions (adults), you become less resilient.
