might be misreading it but the article suggests that lower ingestion of nicotine is incentivized

well, the goal is not to wean people off nicotine, the goal is to wean people off cigs. it just replaces the addiction with a slightly healthier but equally-as-potent addiction

beyond that tho idk anything about the depin stuff/economics
