Is there a bridge for moving eth from OP to Base without going through ethereum mainnet?

Yeah man just swap OP ETH to BASE ETH on most bridges including RhinoFi. You can also do it in the coinbase Wallet, or worst case move it to coinbase and withdraw it as BASE ETH.
