Thanks for that really good take! I’ll admit that the Eurozone tends to have better quality food vs the U.S. in general; that’s clearly going to lead to a different path in the culinary decision trees…

Obviously superior, particularly given the average quality of catsup (broadly) is pretty shit. Real, artisanal catsup gets a pass. 

But mayo or anything aioli-like is better.
