just finished some yin yoga after a 2 hour car journey i’ve got a technical triple jump session with my coach tomorrow so gotta get my body right in august i decided to move back to my hometown after living next to the national training centre for two years there was no separation or balance between athletics and life and it messed with my mental health + physical health - 2 major injuries whilst living there tomorrow will be my first day training with my coach in person again - starting with just 2 days a week im nervous but ready to return- i’m deffo happier!!! interestingly farcaster and /blueprint is to thank for that - as i due to having some stability in finances i was able to take that risk of moving back home which could have made me lose my place on the olympic programme glad i took that risk and went all in on my intuition for once!!!
