Your rank is hovering between 1600-1900... the vast majority of the allowance goes to people < rank 500. You can improve your rank by engaging with higher ranking accounts. Why is an allowance so important to you by the way? You can see the ranks here, engage with people ranked < 200

the fact that content doesn't affect raising the rank is a bit upsetting.
