How do you stay focused? I have so many things to do and so many ideas, but I just can't start. Every time I want to start working, I keep getting distracted. In the last two weeks, I’ve done absolutely nothing, and I kind of hate myself for it. think I need help or I'm going downhill

When I get bored, I divide my work into smaller pieces. Doing a very small piece of something is much better than doing nothing at all
