from a web3 perspective would say Paragraph, but it’s a bit slow there lately- for visibility Substack would be best, but personally not a fan of it, bc it’s so pushy and invasive and of course web2. but the very best option, what I recommend, to use @vitalik.eth blog maker and run it on IPFS and resolve it with ENS (like Vitalik also does) https://github.com/vbuterin/blog
