for sure not in the least that conceptual art is not just a concept, but a concept as an image in the mind. not just a smart catchy idea

Perfect! Works of Joseph Kosuth or the Information exhibition at the Moma would go a long way towards understanding this. But it seems that today's artists have succeeded in understanding geometric abstractionism and have stayed there :-)
