I don’t understand the concept of degen L3. What is the purpose and why not just use L2. Please educate me.

TLDR: Layer 3 allows even lower fees and faster transactions then Layer2 as they settle to Layer 2 which is way cheaper and faster than L1

Security of bridges + validators on the different layers are something to take into account though

You don’t need it on L3. You just need a wallet with at least 10,000 degen to get daily tip allowance. 

One thing I’m not clear is if you can rx tips without the 10k degen balance.

I'm clueless too. If I have Degen in L3 a my eligible to participate in tips in this app?
