the L3 doesn't have anything to do with tips. Tipping works with 10k degen token on Base + posting engaging content on Farcaster. Source: https://www.degen.tips/faq

You don’t need it on L3. You just need a wallet with at least 10,000 degen to get daily tip allowance. One thing I’m not clear is if you can rx tips without the 10k degen balance.
