Instructions: Peel and chop the potatoes, carrot, and onion into bite-sized chunks. Mince the garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the beef or chicken pieces to the pot and cook until they are browned on all sides.
