I think in general he is speaking to dilution. It's math that the more mints in each collection, the more dilution, as ETH main has shown with crashing blue chips from RTFK, 10ktf, Yuga, Azuki, etc.

That's different for sure, though, given a new pfp picture collection is not the same as adding like ambience. If you add cars to the world you don't make the houses worth less.

I agree. There is a thing though I call "collection fatigue" that sets in when any ecosystem of tokens has just too many mints and NFTs... I've witnessed it

I do agree this is a thing you don't want to cryptokitty it, or overly dilute the so that sure each one gets an airdrop but it's .01 degen. The Gaia scrolls was fun though especially because each mint was like 2 cents
