hey @minato35 just got some more info on this, and can confirm that the allowance changes are correct. 

a new system was implemented that sets allowances to 11 if tipping behavior is deemed harmful. this is necessary to ensure the sustainability of nounspace and the tipping system.

When I updated it earlier, my allowance was also reduced!
I like this community, so I want to continue in the future🪐✨
