Very cool puzzle! White can nestle their king on h6 in between the two white pawns. Black has to keep pushing their pawn but if they promote to a queen or a rook it’s stalemate so they have to promote to a knight or bishop in which case it’s a theoretical draw.

Right idea. But the sequence on how to accomplish it is also important.

Ah right, king needs to go to f6 first in order to get to h6 exactly the move before blacks pawn promotes. Tricky!
