Day 2; 
Thursday and it's themed General Exercise day and mahn I'm burnt lol 
10 sessions
Each Session has 4 workout plans with consistent jump roping of 1 - 100 
Partner exercise was a bit fun and motivating but the sole ones? 😭😭 
Sit ups with wheels are a pain 😩 my abs burn but i still got the job done 🫣😊🔥 

Moved on to hip abduction and called it a day 
Do you think i should take meds for the pain I'm feeling or thug it out? 🤔

I'm going again today 💪 infact, it's almost time i leave the house 
I usually don't make it to Day 3 but y'all check me out now 🥳🥳 😁
