Today I did an hour of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio (for the first time I tried a treadmill with an incline of +8)🫣🫣🫣 I used to always do a stepper at the end there is a sauna and a delicious lunch😮💨😮💨😮💨 Movement is life???🤸🏻
