I think procrastination is fundamentally about the attempt to create more certainty in an upcoming action than the action admits of by its nature. So the number one antidote against procrastination is to learn to consciously accept the risk inherent in any action, and to understand that it will never be eliminated… Face it and face it fast!

Often procrastination strikes when you're low on energy, feeling overwhelmed by a very busy life, and when you've already used up all your enthusiasm. It becomes hard to break down complex overwhelming tasks into small manageable tasks
