Once again: Your allowance will NOT refresh again in 15min. Your allowance WILL refresh in just under 16hours 45min. Also, DON'T overtip. The safety margin was REMOVED. Also, I'm the only person tracking the logic in this much detail, so follow me if you want accurate updates 🤓

Noooo. I'm referring to people who got a new allowance and then we're asking if it would refresh TWICE the same day..the answer is no. Your new allowance is your new allowance for the rest of the UTC day.
