Today, I got to support my sister and her boyfriend finishing the Spartan Trifecta! They’ve done a 5km, 10km, and 21km race with 20-30 obstacles. Literally through blood, sweat, and lots of hard work. 

So proud of them and excited for their next race! 🥳

In the Philippines. Have you done one before? I’m thinking of doing one next year.

I did one in Pennsylvania last year. It was a lot of fun and I'd love to do another once winter is over.

The 5k. I did a lot better on the obstacles than I expected, and after crawling through the mud pit I barely noticed the rain.

No, I only did weight lifting and running.
