The classic rule of poker tells is that strong means weak and weak means strong. Meaning, if a player is acting like he has a poor hand, it’s probably a good one. I think about this often with regard to startup marketing: most companies with real PMF aren't out there boasting about it.

Interesting comparison! It’s true—when a product really has traction, it speaks for itself. The loudest voices often don’t have the strongest hands. Subtle confidence can be a real indicator of true success in both poker and business.
