Also, the movie was funded over $1M but the Quack & Lola specific project were not

a) Nouns movie funding isnt commingled with Quack and Lola. Completely Different teams and pipelines have been executing on it. 

b) Quack and Lola were given a one-time grant of roughly 100k via Prop 486 (36 weth at the time). 

c) Quack and Lola have over 7 figs now in merch revenue (brand partnership revenue additional) and we have now given out over 1000+ units of our best selling merchandises to various nouns funded initiatives free of cost including covering shipping. 

If you are trying to build a commercial for-profit intiative on top of nouns primitive and can’t find any traction, its likely an issue with your approach and not fault of nouns goverance.
