I would be interested in seeing the terms sheets (after nouns coffee debacle) as well as distribution of budget for a 750k face lift. The ownership structure change? Does playadna become partner and owner? ⌐◨-◨ have traditionally PAID for partnerships. How will this be different (with a venue)? Like ledger x ⌐◨-◨.

hey @sqx! thanks for reading the Nouns House proposal the 750K (450k upfront) budget isn't just for the revamp - it also covers part of the day-to-day operations and all the nounish events that we’ll host at the venue (all details on the prop) and yes, playdna will become a co-owner of the business! this isn't just a paid partnership. we'll be working on-site to make sure we're adding value to nouns and nouns is adding value to the broader community

What happens if you cant make it sustainable? Do they take back over and we lose the name or does the venue just close down and get sold after 18months-2 years?

Hey Mike! Thanks for the Q. So the venue already has strong traction and revenue with their current model, and we’ll be adding even more revenue streams and growth planning, which gives us confidence in our execution over the next 18 months. If we do face challenges after this period, we're gonna explore alternative solutions and investment (we wouldn't return to nouns) to ensure we are profitable. In either case, the venue will not change ownership or taken back, PlayDNA will become a partner in the business, making sure that our vision remains aligned with Nouns. Will playa be co owner of the property too? And is there a legal handoff for the partnership. We didn’t ask about this for coffee and we know where that landed. Appreciate all the work and hustle. And think Brazil is worth investing. Just have a tough allocator 🎩 on from here on out!
