I would be interested in seeing the terms sheets (after nouns coffee debacle) as well as distribution of budget for a 750k face lift. 

The ownership structure change? Does playadna become partner and owner? 

⌐◨-◨ have traditionally PAID for partnerships. How will this be different (with a venue)? Like ledger x ⌐◨-◨.

the 750K (450k upfront) budget isn't just for the revamp - it also covers part of the day-to-day operations and all the nounish events that we’ll host at the venue (all details on the prop)

and yes, playdna will become a co-owner of the business! this isn't just a paid partnership. we'll be working on-site to make sure we're adding value to nouns and nouns is adding value to the broader community
