My guess is different circles are forming and the algos are reaffirming your bubbles.

For example, I’m seeing a lot of Degen (also moxie & other token) content, also engage with it and then continue to post about it while I see relatively little of /ethereum content despite also being interested in more in-depth crypto discussions.

that's true. Vitalik also follows very few users and probably is not hanging around in funny channels. So he sees more quality stuff maybe :D
