For example, dont allow the host to charge cleaning fees AND ask you to clean dishes and other stuff. Doesn't make sense.

Thanks for sharing! We've def been focusing on cleaning fees. In the past year, more than 260k listings have lowered / removed theirs, largely in response to the total price display feature. However, there's still more work we need to do.
