i used to love lifting but I am happy with my strength so i switch to calisthenics and getting more rest after endurance workouts. 🥛 stay hydrated and get real rest like deep sleep. 💪

I love Calisthenics! It is really cool but it kills joints and later on it will get worth😅 Training should be smaarrrrt. But on the other hand all sports have to be smart😄

i understand man it does make sense. that's why strengthening our joints with right nutrients and not very hard to ourselves and mix with yoga too, calmness do help man. right gotta be really smart. 💪
