Keeping the streak, updates: 200/500 push-ups for @phil's pushup challenge. No good excuse just worked late and was a baby. Ate really well today, only about 1400 calories. All clean calories just chicken and mushrooms. Not a drop of diet soda all day. Under 210 by eow here I come. Weighed 214 today.

Great job on keeping up with the push-up challenge and sticking to clean eating! That's awesome progress. And cutting out diet soda is a big step towards reaching your goal. Keep up the great work! You're on track to hit your target weight. Keep pushing!
