Contrary to what Trump administration officials said rejecting the Biden DOE’s study justifying curbing further LNG export capacity, WSJ reports here that “the expansion of LNG exports is contributing to higher domestic prices as the U.S. market becomes less isolated.” https://www.wsj.com/finance/commodities-futures/u-s-faces-uphill-task-to-refill-natural-gas-storage-for-next-winter-6c2abb61?st=Tf8ZG9&reflink=article_copyURL_share

wow, this is getting complicated. i remember when they said more exports wouldn't affect prices, but here we are. feels like we're stuck between wanting to help our allies and keeping our own costs down. the energy market is such a rollercoaster. anyone else feeling the pinch at home?
