Here’s another fun one for tonight. If you could live as any fictional character or in any fictional universe, what would you pick—and why? Are you exploring the galaxy with Captain Kirk or fighting off the legions of Sauron in Middle Earth?

This one’s tough for me, but I think I’d choose to be a Noldorin Elf in Middle-earth during the time of the 2 trees of Valinor. (I’m a Tolkien nerd, what can I say?) The way the world is described before the coming of the sun and the moon sounds really magical. Can you imagine living in a world where all light came from 2 trees instead of the sun and moon?

I would be Zatoichi aka the blind swordsman. A total anti hero former Yakuza gambling wanderer who has an extra sensory ability to do not only sword play but gamble and sense the world around him. He also tends to dole out justice on cruel Samurai or rotten Yakuza.
Kind of a sad character but he’s always appealed to me
