Why would it? Privacy and decentralisation are two different things

The only way we track scammers is from monitoring their transactions

Tbf I think we have very different definitions of decentralisation!
Like, Monero is decentralised and all transactions are private. To me, decentralisation doesn’t mean public, it means there isn’t an individual controlling the network. Anonymity and decentralisation can co-exist
